Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query under its own policy and supplies the result. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, we may keep the message long enough to respond and maintain related correspondence. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive basic technical details whenever a visitor loads a page, including:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. We and our analytics providers may use them to measure aggregate traffic and how visitors move through the website. Browser settings can block cookies, although disabling them may change how some features work.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Court-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, compile, host, or sell a database of Irion County docket entries or personal case information. Our content identifies the 51st District Court, constitutional County Court, combined clerk office, and state search resources that may hold records. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or third-party case profile.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate search boxes displayed on some pages. Their privacy terms, retention periods, and sharing rules apply to information submitted through those tools. Review the provider's policy before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Throughout the site we link to clerk of court pages, trial court portals, statewide case-search systems, legal aid groups, and third-party search tools. Clicking any of those links takes you off our site. At that point, their privacy policy governs your visit. Read it before sharing any personal details.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards protect information under our control. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has shared data with us, reach out and we'll delete it right away.
Your Data Rights
Texas privacy and consumer-protection laws may grant rights concerning certain personal data, subject to their coverage and exemptions. The Texas Public Information Act is not the access law for judicial case files because Government Code section 552.003 excludes the judiciary. Requests for covered judicial records instead follow Texas Rule of Judicial Administration 12 through the proper custodian. Privacy requests to this private site may include:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
We may change this privacy policy down the road. When we do, the updated version goes up on this page with a new effective date. Check back if you want to keep tabs on how we handle your information.
Effective date: September 7, 2026
