About Irion County Court Docket

Irion County court dockets are divided among the combined District and County Clerk, the local trial courts, Justice Court, and Mertzon Municipal Court. State services add another search layer, but no single portal contains every current local record. This private reference resource organizes the official offices, search paths, and request options so readers can begin with the custodian that actually holds the Texas court record they need.

Why We Built This Site

Access in Texas begins by identifying the right court and custodian. Shirley Graham serves as both Irion County District Clerk and County Clerk, keeping the 51st District Court and constitutional County Court files through one combined office. Justice Court and Mertzon Municipal Court keep separate dockets. re:SearchTX may provide statewide case, hearing, and document information, but its coverage and security rules vary. The county also publishes an older docket archive rather than a complete live calendar. We arrange these distinct routes by court, record type, and request method so an old PDF is not confused with a current case file.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Irion County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Texas court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
